Hi cuties! How have you been? Today I'm going to share with you the review of a mask sheet from Jolse that arrived a week or two ago and that I hurried to try because I was really curious about it.

Esta mascarilla promete dar un poderoso efecto blanqueador e hidratante gracias a su ingrediente principal que es el extracto de Ginseng. Esta mascarilla consta de dos pasos, el primero es la mascarilla que cumple con las funciones anteriormente mencionadas y el segundo paso es una crema cuya función es sellar los efectos de la mascarilla y proteger la piel. De acuerdo a Jolse esta mascarilla es apta para todo tipo de piel.
This mask sheet promises to give a powerful whitening and moisturizing effect thanks to the Gingseng extract it contains. Each package contains two steps, the first one consists in the mask sheet which gives a whitening and moisturizing effect to the skin and the second step is a cream which works as a barrier to seal the effects and protect the skin. According to Jolse this mask is for all skin types.
De acuerdo con la descripción en la página se recomienda usar esta mascarilla por las tardes o noches, antes de dormir para mayores efectos.
1. Aplicar la mascarilla después de la rutina de limpieza en el rostro.
2. Retirar la mascarilla o tapa exterior (recomiendo separarla un poquito antes de colocar la mascarilla en el rostro).
3. Retirarla después de 10-20 minutos.
4. Da unas palmadas en el rostro para que el rostro absorba el producto.
5. Aplicar la crema de manera pareja en el rostro y déjala reposar en el rostro el tiempo suficiente.

3. Remove the mask after 10 to 20 min.
4. Give soft pats to the face so it can absorb it better.
5. Apply the cream evenly and let it rest enough time so it absorbs well.

Experiencia / Experience
Como primera impresión puedo decir que esta mascarilla no me convenció mucho. Me pareció un poco complicada de usar en cuanto a que me costó muchÃsimo retirar la primera capa de la mascarilla. Además al usar el segundo paso me causó un poco de irritación al rededor de la nariz por lo que tuve que retirar un poco. Esto fue mi primera impresión, o sea la primera vez que usé la mascarilla.
Cuando la usé la segunda vez que ya tenÃa en cuenta lo de la primera capa fue un poco más fácil colocarla. La mascarilla en sÃ, no me desagradó, pero es muy grande por lo que me costaba trabajo acomodarla en mi rostro. Además la mascarilla tiene una textura tipo gelatina por lo que tiene demasiado lÃquido y esto causaba que todo el tiempo se deslizara por mi rostro. Cuando me quite la mascarilla sentà mi piel bastante suave y me gustó el resultado inmediato, sin embargo la mascarilla debe usarse con el segundo paso que en lo personal no me gustó. La crema es demasiado espesa y me parece que no hidrata sino que humecta y este tipo de tratamiento no es apto para todo tipo de pieles como dice Jolse. La crema tarda mucho en absorberse y deja la piel con una sensación grasosa que no me pareció para nada agradable pues me daba miedo que mi piel reaccionara y me brotaran granitos.
Afortunadamente no me salió ningún granito ni erupción. En cuando al efecto aclarador no me parece haber notado mucha diferencia pero si puedo decir que mi piel se siente un poco más suave que de costumbre.
My first experience wearing this mask was kind of bad. I found it difficult to use and it was really hard to take the first layer of the mask. Also the second step felt really uncomfortable and caused me a bit of soreness around the nose so I had to take a bit off.
When I used it the second time it was a little easer to put on because I separated the first layer a bit before I put it on my face. I liked the mask (step one) but I found it a bit large for my face. Also the material is like gelly and it was soaked so it kept falling off my face. When I took off the mask I felt my skin really soft and I liked the immediate effect but I didn't like the second step. The cream is heavy and I don't think it is for my skin type. It took so long to absorb and left the skin with an oily feeling which scared me a bit because I was afraid my skin was going to break out.
Fortunately my skin was good. About the whitening effect I don't think I noticed anything different but my skin did feel softer.

Francamente no puedo decir que me encantó la mascarilla. Tiene demasiados contras y muy pocos pros. Me parece que la mascarilla por si sola funciona bastante bien, pero el segundo paso es muy innecesario y no apto para todo tipo de piel, creo que solo lo recomendarÃa para pieles extrasecas, pero aún asà creo que un gel hidratante habrÃa sido mejor que una crema.
Frankly I can't say I liked the mask. It has more cons than pros. I feel the mask works great on its own and the second step is unnecessary and not for every type of skin. I think I'd recommend it for extra dry skin types but even then a hydrating or moisturizing gel cream would have been better than this one.
